part of Moonhaven.
Long after the Founders Club closes, the people who helped make Moonhaven possible will remain part of it.
Each of the original 80 Founders will have a place in Moonhaven’s permanent Founders Wall. Public names will appear only for Founders who choose to be recognized; every Founder may also decide later or remain private.
This concept marks the wall’s place in the story while its final form is being designed for the completed architecture.

What is Moonhaven?+
Moonhaven is a treehouse retreat in Pepin, Wisconsin, designed and built by O2 Treehouse as an immersive hospitality experience where architecture and nature meet.
Why does the Founders Club exist?+
Moonhaven is approaching completion. The Founders Club invites 80 people to help bring the project across the finish line and become part of its founding story.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Both Memberships include the same core Founder benefits. The primary difference is booking access: Standard opens 60 days before arrival, while Premium generally accesses Moonhaven’s standard calendar up to 18 months ahead, subject to designated holiday blackout dates.
Do I own part of Moonhaven?+
No. Founder Membership does not provide equity, real-estate ownership, voting rights, or management rights in Moonhaven, Emerald Valley Stays, O2 Treehouse, or the underlying real estate.
What is the Founder Distribution Pool?+
O2 Treehouse has allocated its temporary contractual economic participation in Moonhaven to the Founder Distribution Pool. The pool currently corresponds to 33% of Moonhaven Net Profits, subject to the applicable repayment limitation.
Are distributions guaranteed?+
No. Founder distributions depend on Moonhaven’s actual operating performance. There may be periods in which no distribution occurs.
What does the 1.3× cap mean?+
Maximum cumulative cash distributions are capped at 1.3 times the applicable invested capital. It does not mean a 130% profit, guaranteed return, or guaranteed repayment.
When can I use my complimentary stay?+
Founder bookings begin January 1, 2027. Both Memberships include a five-year redemption period, and stays remain subject to availability and applicable blackout dates.
Can I choose cash instead of staying?+
Yes. Beginning January 1, 2027, a Founder may irrevocably elect a one-time $360 Cash Alternative Benefit instead of the complimentary stay. Once O2 Treehouse approves the cash request or confirms a stay, the other benefit is permanently waived. The $360 payment is separate from Founder Distribution Pool payments and may be taxable.
Can I give my stay to someone else?+
Yes. Complimentary Founder stays are transferable and giftable.
Can I book another night?+
Founder preferred pricing on an additional contiguous retail night is planned. Final details will be announced.
What about cancellations?+
Founder reservations are subject to Emerald Valley Stays’ standard cancellation policy provided at booking.
What happens if Moonhaven performs below projections?+
Actual occupancy, nightly rates, operating expenses, Net Profits, and Founder distributions may differ materially from the illustrations, including periods with no distributions.

Moonhaven will only have
one group of Founders.
55 Standard. 25 Premium. When those 80 Memberships are gone, the Moonhaven Founders Club closes.
Membership is secured through a one-time Stripe payment after the Founder agreements are reviewed and accepted.
