These Website Terms govern use of the Moonhaven Founders Club website operated by O2 Treehouse, Inc. They do not replace the Founder Participation Agreement, Founder Booking Terms, purchase confirmation, or policies presented at checkout.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information. Architectural images may be renderings, project details may change, and financial scenarios are illustrative only. Nothing on this website guarantees occupancy, revenue, distributions, repayment, or financial return.

Membership purchases

Founder Memberships are limited in quantity, sold in USD as one-time payments, and available only to purchasers who are at least 18 and legally able to contract. The purchaser and named Founder must be the same person. A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.

No ownership interest

A Founder Membership does not convey ownership of Moonhaven, its real property, Emerald Valley Stays, or O2 Treehouse, nor stock, voting, governance, or management rights. Founder rights arise only from the applicable written agreements.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout, submit false information, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

Payments, email, records, and reservations may use third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Any limitations of liability applicable to Founder Membership are controlled by the final signed agreements and applicable law.

Changes and contact
