Privacy Policy
O2 Treehouse, Inc. (“O2 Treehouse,” “we,” “us”) operates the Moonhaven Founders Club website and membership program. This draft explains how we expect to collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. It must be reviewed before live checkout launches.
Information we collect
We may collect legal name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, T-shirt size, public-recognition preferences, marketing choices, membership selection, payment and refund status, booking information, Cash Alternative Benefit requests and status, and communications with us. Stripe processes payment-card information; O2 Treehouse does not intend to store full card numbers. Banking or tax information needed for a cash benefit will be requested separately through an appropriate secure process, not through the public benefit-request form.
For agreement records, we may collect the accepted document versions, timestamp, checkout identifier, IP address, and browser or device information.
How we use information
- Process membership purchases, refunds, records, stay requests, Cash Alternative Benefit requests, and other Founder benefits.
- Provide receipts, agreements, booking instructions, merchandise, project updates, and required notices.
- Maintain inventory, prevent duplicate purchases, secure the website, and resolve disputes.
- Send optional marketing only when consent has been provided.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers supporting payments, hosting, email, spreadsheets and records, reservations, merchandise fulfillment, analytics, professional advice, and legal compliance. Current planned providers include Stripe, Twilio SendGrid, Google Sheets, and Lodgify. We do not sell personal information.
Public recognition
A Founder may provide a name for the Founders Wall, decide later, or decline public recognition. We will not publicly display a Founder’s name when the Founder declines.
Retention and security
Transaction, agreement-acceptance, refund, benefit-election, and Founder records may be retained for at least seven years, or longer when reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
Optional marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting transactional or contractual communications. Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.
